The Firweorks Spectacular at the Alexander Stadium is proving more popular than the Pype Hayes event, judging by advanced ticket sales.
Pype Hayes Park is celebrating Bonfire Night with a firworks display on Saturday 3rd November. That event will also have a funfair. The gates open at 5.30 pm; the bonfire will be lit at 7pm by Mayor Randall Brew; the fireworks display will start at 8.15pm
But the more spectacular event will be on the following evening, Sunday 4th, at the Alexander Stadium, where there will be bonfire, fireworks, lasers, dancing flames, special effects and live music. There will be three separate displays for the Alexander Spectacular.
Advance Family tickets are available for £12 from the City Council on 0870 225 0127 . A family ticket includes entry for two adults and three children between the ages of 5 and 16.
