Sarah Rose, 22, of Bromford, who is charged with manslaughter and allowing the death of a child, has failed in her apppeal to have the case against her dismissed. A Plea and Case Management date has been set for 7th December.
The full trial is set for 19th February 2008 at Birmingham Crown Court and is scheduled to last for four weeks. Sarah Rose will appear alongside Nicholas Kirnon, 22, of Castle Vale, who is charged with the murder of her 14 month-old son Kamran in May 2007.
