Birmingham Crown Court
The retrial of Nicholas Kirnon, for the murder of 15 month old Kamran Rose in May 2007, has been set for 30th June 2008 at Birmingham Crown Court. The jury in the original trial was dismissed following the acquittal on 3rd March of Kirnon’s co-defendant and ex partner, Kamran’s mother, Sarah Rose, who was facing a manslaughter charge.
