Win but few witnesses for Vale

Midland Combination Premier Division
Castle Vale FC chalked up their first win of the season, beating bottom club Alveston 2-0 thanks to second half goals from Power and Tymon. Just 16 spectators turned up at Alveston’s ground in Tiddington near Stratford to watch the match – the lowest attendance in the league.
JKS lost 2-0 to Continental Star, conceding a goal in each half.
