New clubhouse for Pype Hayes course as city golf goes private

Pype Hayes golf course is to get a new clubhouse. The council has now handed over the management of their municipal courses to Mytime Active, a London-based private company.
Mytime have signed a 50 year deal with the council, and have pledged to modernise the seven city courses. They say that fees will not go up in the first year of the contract.

  1. Fantastic news this is in my opinion the municipal golf course around

  2. This is my club and the changes are most welcomb. We need the new blood and management to turn this course from being good into being great. We have suffered not having a proper club house ,somewhere where once again we can have a trophy room and a place for away teams to to have changing rooms. I want to feel proud again to say I am a member of Pype Hayes golf club and the Senior Shaggy Dogs.
